Right to withdraw from the contract

- A Customer who is a Consumer who has concluded a Distance Sale Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason, by submitting an appropriate written statement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.

Return procedure

- To make a return, log in to your account in our store. Then go to the "Orders" section, select the order you want to return, and click the "Request a return" button. It's easy! Just a few clicks and we will take care of the rest.

Note, then print the [Return form], fill it out and put it in the packaging together with the poster.

Product condition

- The product should be intact, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Make sure that the product is properly secured for transport to avoid damage. If these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.

Shipping costs

- The cost of return shipping is covered by you, and "cash on delivery" shipments will not be accepted by us.

Refund

- The payment will be refunded using the same method used to make the purchase. The refund will be withheld until the returned products are received.

Positive consideration of the return

- If the returned product meets all the requirements, we will inform you about the positive consideration of the return and the funds will be returned to the used payment method within 14 days of receiving the product.

Rejection of the return

- If the return is rejected due to damage or signs of use, we will inform you and return the product at your expense.

Complaints
Checking the shipment

- When you receive the shipment, check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, do not accept the shipment and draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier. Then contact us. The protocol should include the date and time of delivery and a description of the damage. Checking the shipment upon receipt is necessary to take into account claims related to damage incurred during transport.

Filing a complaint

- If the product is defective or not as described, send an e-mail to info@findposter.com providing details of the problem and attaching photos of the defective product, the preferred form of compensation and the return address.

Shipping the defective product

- If the photos are not sufficient to consider the complaint, fill in the [Complaint Filing Form] and send the defective product to our address. We will inform you of the decision within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Consideration of a complaint

- If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the product with a new one or refund the equivalent of its price within 7 working days from the date of the decision.

- If the complaint is considered unfounded, you will receive a detailed explanation of our decision, and the product will be returned at our expense within 14 working days.

Right to withdraw

- A customer who is a Consumer or has consumer rights may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent in writing to Findposter or by e-mail to the e-mail address: info@findposter.com.

Product condition upon return

- The product must be returned in an unchanged and complete condition, without traces of use, unless the change was necessary within the limits of normal use.

Return costs

- The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the Store.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

- The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to non-prefabricated products, manufactured according to the customer's specifications, or intended to meet their individual needs.

Return deadline

- The returned Goods should be sent within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract together with a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the address of the Store's warehouse, after prior contact with the store's service at info@findposter.com.

Refund of payments

- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, all payments made by the customer, including the costs of delivering the goods to the customer, will be refunded immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. Refund of payments made by credit card or electronic transfer is made to the bank account from which the payment was made, unless the customer has expressly submitted other refund instructions before the return, which do not generate additional costs for him.

Suspension of the refund of payments 

- The store may withhold the refund of payments received from the customer until the item is received back from the customer or the customer provides proof of sending it back, depending on which event occurs first.
