Shipping policy

Delivery time
Our parcels usually arrive within 2-5 working days after you place your order. However, if your parcel has not arrived within the promised time, do not worry! Double check the details provided with your order. If everything is in order or you have found an error, contact our friendly customer service team. We try to resolve every issue as quickly as possible!

Shipping options

Poland: Shipments within Poland are carried out via DPD courier or InPost parcel lockers. When placing your order, you will choose your preferred delivery method, tailored to your needs.

International countries: Shipping is available to the following countries: Belgium, France, Spain, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, Italy. Shipments are carried out via InPost parcel lockers, DPD courier or DPD Pickup collection points.
Shipping cost

Poland: Free shipping is available for orders over PLN 149. For smaller orders, the shipping cost depends on the chosen shipping method - you will see the exact amount at the checkout stage.
International countries:
Free shipping is available for orders over PLN 299 when choosing the InPost parcel locker delivery method.
The shipping cost for orders below this amount or when choosing the DPD courier or DPD Pickup collection point will be provided at the checkout stage.

Payments
Payments for orders are processed via Przelewy24 and Stripe, which ensures a fast and secure way to make transactions.

Tracking the parcel
Once the parcel has been sent, you will receive an email with a link to track the parcel so that you can monitor its status on an ongoing basis. The link to track the parcel will become active within 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

What happens if I do not collect the parcel?
If for some reason you are unable to collect the parcel, do not worry! The fee for not collecting the parcel is PLN 30, which covers the costs of packaging and return shipping.

Complaints

Damage on delivery: If the parcel arrives damaged, do not hesitate to contact us! Just send us photos of the damage and we'll take care of the rest.

Incorrect products: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us. We'll fix it as soon as possible!
