1.1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for making sales using means of distance communication in the Findposter online store available at www.findposter.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

1.3. The Store's Customer may be an adult natural person, a legal person, and an organizational unit without legal personality that has been granted legal capacity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
1.4. The use of the Store is possible after meeting the following technical requirements:
- access to a device connected to the Internet,
- a web browser supporting HTML5 and JavaScript,
- an active e-mail account.
1.5. The Seller uses cookies in connection with collecting information related to the use of the Store in order to maintain the Customer's session after logging in and to create statistics on the viewing of the Store's subpages.
1.6. By accepting these Regulations, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence or that you are the age of majority in your country or province of residence and have consented to the use of this website by minors who are dependent on you.
1.7. You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright) when using the service. You may not transmit any harmful files or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

3.1. Making a purchase in the Store is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.
3.2. The conclusion of the agreement takes place at the moment of confirmation of the acceptance of the order by the Seller.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to verify the Customer's data and to cancel the order in the event of any irregularities.
SECTION 4 - REGISTRATION AND MAKING PURCHASES
4.1. The Customer may use the Store as a registered user or as a "Guest".
4.2. Registration in the Store requires filling in the registration form and accepting the Regulations. Providing personal data marked as mandatory is necessary to complete the order.
4.3. The Customer purchases goods by selecting the goods, adding them to the basket and confirming the purchase.
4.4. Placing an order is tantamount to accepting the terms of sale in force at the time of placing the order.
4.5. After placing the order, the Customer receives an electronic confirmation of the acceptance of the order.

7.3. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on an individual basis.

7.5. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
8.1. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These limits may include orders placed by the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
8.2. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Payments for orders are processed via Przelewy24.
SECTION 9 - DELIVERY
9.1. Deliveries are made via courier companies and InPost parcel lockers.
9.2. Shipping costs are added to the order in accordance with the shipping price list applicable on the day the order is placed.
9.3. The Seller shall commence delivery after payment has been posted.
9.4. The delivery time is 3-5 business days.
SECTION 10 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
10.1. A Customer who is a Consumer who has concluded a Distance Selling Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason, by submitting an appropriate written statement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.
10.2. To start the return process, please contact us by e-mail, providing information about the intention to return. In response, you will receive detailed instructions and a return form, which can also be downloaded here: [Return form].
10.3. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. The product must be intact, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. The product must be properly secured for transport to avoid damage. Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
10.4. The refund will be made using the same method used to pay for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

COMPLAINTS
10.5. The Seller delivers goods to Customers that are in accordance with the sales agreement.
10.6. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to: info@findposter.com. The complaint should include a description of the defect, the date it was discovered, contact details and proof of purchase.
10.7. The Seller will consider complaints within 14 days of their receipt.
SECTION 11 - PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
11.1. The administrator of personal data collected via the Store is the Seller.
11.2. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including GDPR.
11.3. Personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, maintaining the Customer's account and for marketing purposes, if the Customer consents to this.
11.4. The Customer has the right to access their personal data and correct them.
SECTION 12 - TERMS OF USE OF THE STORE
12.1. The Seller undertakes to provide services in accordance with applicable standards.
12.2. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Customer is asked to report such reservations immediately by e-mail.
12.3. The Seller ensures conditions for full and unrestricted use of the Store and the security of personal data.
